We ship to the 50 States based on a product total schedule (see below). We normally ship to the 48 states via FedEx or UPS. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico normally ship U.S. Priority Mail. We will pick the carrier best suited for your area. You can always request another carrier of your choice (at your additional expense).

Remember, we can't ship what we don't have, so if you need it quick, verify that it is in stock !

You can track your UPS package on-line at www.ups.com (tracking by reference number). You will need to call or e-mail us for your invoice/reference number and our shipper number. You can track your Fed Ex package on-line at www.fedex.com/us/ (tracking by reference number). You will need to call or e-mail us for your invoice/reference number and our shipper number.

Remember - we make swim and gym wear. We are not a shipping company. We use Fed Ex, UPS and the U.S. Postal system. If they screw up, yell at them and not us. Our feelings are easily hurt.

We ship most of our International orders via U.S Global Priority. We also offer to ship via UPS International, FedEx International, DHL and others at our customers (your) request.

It is difficult to give concrete shipping rates here. International rates vary by size, weight and distance traveled. Use the chart below for guesstimates of International Shipping Rates. Call or e-mail us for more accurate quotes. The below shipping charges include : the packaging material, the freight fee, the packaging labor, the paperwork labor, the travel to the postal centers and, the wait at the postal centers.

Credit Card Information :

We accept Visa, M.C., AmEx and Discover. With charge card orders we need to have billing address of the charge card on file. This means where your charge card company sends its bills to you. We can ship the order wherever you like, as long as we have the billing address of the charge card you are using.

Duties and Taxes :

All duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer (this means you). We ship internationally by U.S. International Priority Mail. We are required to complete a brief description and value of the goods enclosed. We have no way of knowing what your country will charge for duties and taxes. We do know that the U.K and South Africa are high. It is your responsibility to know and be prepared to pay your countries duties and taxes. We can ship by other means (FedEx, DHL & UPS) but there is no savings on the duties due.

We take personal checks. We process them through Certegy check services. To get the check approved for immediate ship it must have your address stamped on it (no temporary checks). We must also have your phone number. If the check you provide fails to have these two items on it (the phone number can be written on it) we will deposit the check and wait 10 days for it to clear before we ship the goods.

Swimwear Custom Orders

This applies to SKINZ® swimwear only.

Sometimes you will see the style of suit you like, but, it is not offered in the color/fabric you want. Since we are the manufacturer, we do allow you flexibility in the items you can order.

If you want a particular style item, in a fabric not shown, you may order that "special cut" item from our special order department.

There is a $9.00 charge (on top of the base price of the item) to make a special cut item. These special cut items are made one at a time, and the $9.00 is to cover the much higher labor cost to make this suit. These custom order suits are not returnable.

Customers in the past have asked us to leave out the lining in the swim wear. We will do this for you. It is a made one at a time suit from our special order department, And will cost you an extra $9.00 (on top of the base price of the item).
